Running Highlights

In June 2010, I ran 200.886 kms in my first 24 hour event, winning the event outright and breaking a Canadian W40 age group record.

Later in the year, I ran 70.406 kms in my first 6 hour event to win the event outright and break a Canadian W40 age group record. Not yet an Australian citizen, I cannot compete for Australian records. However, my performance at this event surpassed the Australian W40 female record of 69.600 kms set in 1994. At this same event, I also surpassed the Australian W40 female 50k track record.

In April 2011 I set a new Canadian W40 100k record at the Coburg 24 Hr track race in Victoria, Australia.

I was privileged to be part of Team Canada at the IAU World Trail Championships in Ireland in July 2011, where the Canadian female team secured its first ever podium placement at a world event - bronze medal.
